RETURN POLICY

Q. Can I return my item(s) and receive a refund?
A. All sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges. If there's an error on the behalf of N'CrediBow CreAtions, please email [email protected] detailing the issue (please include pictures) within 24 hours Eastern Standard Time by 11:59pm of the marked delivery date for review. A decision will be made and you will be notified by email.  No refunds/exchanges will be honored after that time. 

Please be aware that minor defects, slight variations from advertised pictures, etc. are to be expected.  No two orders will be exactly identical; please expect slight differences.

Q. Can I make changes to my order?
A. Yes, however all order change requests must be emailed to [email protected] within 48 hrs. of order date by 11:59pm est.

Q. Can I cancel my order before it's shipped?
A. Yes. You may request an order cancellation and receive a full refund by emailing [email protected] within 48 hrs. of the order date by 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time

No refunds and/or cancellations will be granted after that time. 

Q. My package is marked as delivered, however I have not received it. Can I receive a refund?
A. Refunds will not be honored for lost packages. Once a package is shipped it is out of our control. Please reach out to the shipping provider by using the tracking number provided to inquire about your package. Please make sure you enter the correct address when ordering. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please do so ASAP!  We will make an effort to honor address changes, however we cannot guarantee an address change depending on when the request is sent. Once your order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
